He has developed a unique approach to Life Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, has read over 300 books on the topics of leadership, personal transformation and emotional intelligence. He has participated in seminars most of his adult life spanning a range of topics such as personal transformation, leadership, men's issues, energy and healing work, and most importantly personal and professional development.
